Shipping Policy
- Prices + GST.
- All products sold ex store
- Will use preferred transport where possible. Otherwise McKenzie Supply Services.
- Orders processed day of receipt.
- Stocked items despatched within 24 hours.
- Manufactured lines: customer advised of manufacture and despatch date within 48 hours of receipt of order.
- Imported Goods: Customer kept apprised of arrival date and estimated despatch date.
Refund Policy
- Notify within 24 hours of receipt if an error or damage.
- Replacement of stock.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Cancellation allowable prior to despatch for stocked items.
- Where products manufactured to order then cancellation possible up until day prior to manufacturer unless otherwise agreed by Manufacturer.
- Returns must be pre-approved.
